I started in IT on the helpdesk, then spent years earning my qualifications and certifications while already independently managing infrastructure: servers, networks, cloud/M365, security and backups, the full stack.
After 9 years in the field, I went independent in 2026, so the advice I give isn't filtered through anyone else's agenda. When you work with me, you're working with me directly, not a junior consultant I've delegated to.
